1/2 cup soy sauce, low sodium
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ground ginger
1/4 cup honey
2 TBS brown sugar
1 TBS sesame seeds
Trim excess fat from pork. Place in a heavy plastic bag. Mix the soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Add to bag. Coat pork well. Marinate for 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Remove pork from marinade and pat dry. Combine honey and sugar. Brush over pork. Coat with sesame seeds.
Roast for 20-30 minutes at 375 degrees.
Slice thinly and serve.
Nice recipe, my wife and I really loved it. We served it with roasted vegetables and garlic-shiitake mushroom mashed potatoes which complemented it nicely.
